Recipe of the Week: Cuban Avocado Salad

Avocado Salad

  • 2 avocados, peeled and  thinly sliced
  • 1/2 of a small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • sea salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper

Arrange the avocado and onion slices on a plate.  Drizzle with the olive oil and vinegar.  Sprinkle with the sea salt and pepper.  Serve.  Eat.
