Specialty Cuba Tours

InsightCuba pioneered legal people-to-people travel to Cuba, allowing thousands of U.S. travelers to experience the thrills and delights of this fascinating country.

Now, new specialty tours help travelers discover the island nation in even more ways. Surround yourself with art and culture during the country’s biggest arts festival, the Havana Art Biennial; participate alongside a select group of runners during one of three Havana Marathon tours, and explore off-the-beaten-path seaside villages on our Cuba By Land & Sea Tour

Runners will get some real mileage out of November’s Havana Marathon tours. We offer a Marathon 4-Day Package, and an 8-Day Cool Down Tour. Each includes entry and bib numbers in the 26.2- or 13.1-mile races, and a pre-race meal, as well as all other amenities normally included in insightCuba tours.

Art lovers should put the Havana Art Biennial Tour on their calendars now. American travelers will enjoy an unprecedented chance to experience Cuba’s exploding arts scene over a six-day, seven-night immersion in the island’s preeminent arts festival. Three tour dates during May 2015 will allow visitors rare access to the country’s best artworks and artists.

The Cuba By Land & Sea Tour begins with a six-day overland adventure, followed by a six-day sea journey aboard the Louis Cristal. Highlights include a visit to the Bay of Pigs Museum, which will shed light on one of history’s most controversial events; the Caridad del Cobre, Cuba’s most important church (visited by the Pope each time he is in the country); and the secluded Isla de Juventud, or “Island of Youth,” an untouched and rediscovered paradise.
