insightCuba is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for all visitors and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

What we have done

  • Reviewed our homepage and online booking pages with industry-standard accessibility testing tools (axe and Google Lighthouse).
  • Fixed the issues those tools found, including in the main navigation and footer that appear on every page.
  • We are continuing to review and improve the rest of the site.

Known limitations

Some parts of our website are older or are provided by third parties, and we cannot yet guarantee they are fully accessible:

  • Some older pages and articles have not yet been reviewed.
  • Embedded maps, videos and social media content provided by third parties.
  • The secure payment form, which is provided by our payment processor.
