InsightCuba provides Cuba tours for all registered guests. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer flights and hotels without registering on a tour or a cruise due to Cuban regulations.
Travel to Cuba for Americans is regulated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) under the U.S. Embargo. For Americans, only travelers licensed by OFAC and according to the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR) are legally allowed to visit Cuba. Licensed travel is available for people-to-people tours, educational travel for students, family travel for Cuban Americans with family on the island, religious travel, and other categories of limited scope. InsightCuba operates under the authorization of a general license for people-to-people travel, allowing us to send any American citizen through one of our people-to-people tours. We offer six regularly scheduled Signature Cuba Tours year round and a handful of Specialty Cuba Tours spread out over more than 250 start dates. We do all the legwork and planning so you can simply enjoy your vacation.
