Hotel Inglaterra
Havana
Hotel Overview

In Old Havana stands the oldest hotel in Cuba – Hotel Inglaterra. Opened in 1875, its international reputation comes from the hotel’s prime location and history of famous guests, including José Martí, Anna Pavlova, and Winston Churchill.

On the hotel’s terrace is Gran Café El Louvre, an intersection of global influence which has attracted a century of artists, musicians, travelers, and poets. Every color of Cuban life bustles past this outdoor café on Paseo de Martí. Inside, you can find meals at El Colonial and drinks at La Sevillana. And of course, all guests receive a welcome cocktail at check-in and a bottle of Havana Club in their room.

But Hotel Inglaterra’s best amenity may be its rooftop terrace with a bar, grill, and live music – making it one of Havana’s hottest spots. From here you’ll get one of the city’s best views too, putting the area’s prime attractions in sight like El Capitolio, Museo de la Revolución, and El Canchullero.
