Eric Nadel's Baseball in Cuba Tour

7 Days / 6 Nights

Dec 11-17, 2015

For years—five decades, actually—Cuba was off limits to its near neighbor.  An island nation rich in culture, heart-warming people, explosive rhythms, and BASEBALL is waiting to be explored at last.
Our host, Eric Nadel, longtime broadcaster for the Texas Rangers, and insightCuba, the leader in legal, small-group, people-to-people Cuba travel for U.S. citizens, invite you on a 7-day, 6-night journey into the heart of Cuba and our shared national pastime.
As our guest, you will experience Cuba through Eric’s eyes as he offers his Major League Baseball insider perspective. Our experienced Cuban hosts, who share our passion for the game, will also provide expert viewpoints.
You’ll journey through Havana and Matanzas provinces, getting to know Eric, listening to Cuban baseball stories, experiencing Cuban baseball games, and seeing some of the island nation’s most iconic sights.

Eric Nadel, the winner of the 2014 Ford C. Frick Award from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, has been broadcasting Texas Rangers baseball for 36 years. He has learned Spanish to better communicate with Latin American players and has traveled widely in Latin America, taking part in baseball broadcasts in Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Cuba.
