Recipe of the Week: Tostones

Talk about an addictive snack! Tostones are a quick and easy snack/side dish that is loved by many Cubans and other Caribbean islands. Not only are they tasty and crispy but they’re also fun to make-who knew smashing bananas was such a stress reliever.

These twice fried green bananas are a great treat to kick-start the summer, whether you’re snacking alone or having a few loved ones over, you’re sure to have a good time with these treats on the table!
